Too Weary for Motion? In This Club, Sports Can Do While You Sleep!

Fatigue is often so the reason for more beds than choosing sport. But in a fitness club, someone is possible to work out while you sleep.

David Lloyd Clubs, a fitness club in London who developed Napercise. The idea is to combine a nap or NAP with exercise or sports.

One session lasts for 45 minutes of napercise, preceded by stretching or stretching for 15 minutes with an instructor. This unique exercise program intended to improve mood, and in fact its promotional video is claimed to be able to burn calories.

There is certainly skeptical view of related claims. But some of those claims has indeed been scientifically proven. In between that NAP can improve a person's ability to manage stress, and improve the ability to learn.

Busy parents are targets shot in this program. It is said that a quarter of parents in the United Kingdom had not slept more than 5 hours in a day, so too fatigued to do regular exercise.


Lack of sleep, on the other hand, lowers the performance of physical and mind. At work, they are so out of focus and not often fall asleep while running errands.
